Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy is a space where we can work to reduce conflict, increase connection and communication. This may look like restoring a relationship after stressful events. Marital prep counseling can help couples get on the same page about future life decisions prior to the wedding day. Parenting skills can help couples learn to work as a team in creating a supportive and healthy home. I work with all types of couples. I am an ally and will treat you with respect regarding your religion, gender, or ethnicity. My approach to couples therapy is rooted in attachment theory. I primarily use techniques from Emotion Focused Therapy and Gottman Method. Click here to read more about my overall approach.
