Family Therapy
Individuals are often best understood through their interactions with others. Family therapy is a space for two or more family members, where we focus on the needs of the family as a whole. We use this space to look at the system, identify strengths, patterns of interaction and areas of change. This type of therapy places an emphasis on relationships and how individuals interact with one another that can either inhibit or foster change. We will use each family’s individual strengths as the foundation for connection and healing. Click here to learn more about my approach.
